How can a startup take part in Tech Oasis?

There are two options, and you can choose one or both: a booth at the Oasis Expo, alongside the races and talks, on both evenings, 14 and 15 October 2026, or a pitch to the investment company Sadu Capital on Day 2, Thursday 15 October 2026.

Is there a participation fee? Does it cover both days?

Participation is free for startups, for both days and for both options. There is no invoice and no payment.

What does the expo booth include?

A table, two chairs, power, Wi-Fi, a 55-inch screen and a backdrop wall with your startup’s logo.

We want to run a live demo. Does that change the setup or cost?

No extra cost. The booth setup above is what the organizers provide. If your demo needs any other equipment, please bring it with you.

What is the Sadu Capital pitch, and how do we join it?

It is the startups’ Demo Day on Day 2. Select it in the registration form; it is free. Your exact pitch time is sent with your confirmation.

When will we know if we are accepted?

Every applicant receives a reply by email on Monday 12 October 2026, confirming participation in the expo, the pitch, or both.

What is the registration deadline?

The deadline has been extended. Registration now closes on Monday 12 October 2026 instead of ~~Saturday 10 October~~.

Can we change our option after applying?

Yes. Contact the organizers directly. There is no need to submit the form again.
